The firm’s founder, Jimmy Maldonado, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York with over 34 years of construction management experience in the public and private sectors.  Mr. Maldonado spent the first thirteen years of his career as a government employee for the New York State Department of Transportation and the MTA Bridges and Tunnels; the following twenty-one years he worked as a private contractor.
